Allow ASSP administration features

Specifies whether or not the user has access to ASSP administration features. If set to Enabled, the toolbar will allow the user to specify email addresses in the body of emails that add to/remove from the ASSP Redlist, SpamLovers list and NoProcessing list, and in ASSP Block Report requests. There is no danger in allowing this feature in the toolbar, as access to administration functions is managed through the ASSP admin interface - this setting only affects the user interface presented by the toolbar.

The admin features are available only in ASSP version 1.5.x or later, so you should disable this setting if you are running an earlier version of ASSP.
