Do not include response buttons on informational meetings

By default, response buttons (Accept, Tentative, and Decline) are present on informational meeting requests and updates. Informational meeting updates occur when properties other than the time are changed by the meeting organizer. Informational meeting requests and updates are also used by managers when they have established a new delegate relationship. This setting allows you to disable the reponse buttons for these types of meeting requests and updates.
