As a result, the size of the database continues to increase. To manage the size of the database, you can archive accounting data for later use or delete it from the database.
You can use accounting data can to monitor resource usage, compare actual and expected performance, assess whether the computer's physical resources are sufficient for its intended tasks, and provide the basis for charge-back accounting.
