Perform TCP test before SMB logon attempts

Enable this policy if you want WPKG-GP to perform a simple TCP connection test before trying to mount the share.

This helps to dramatically reduce boot stall when clients are not within reach of Wpkg network share, as the TCP timeout is much shorter than SMB.

You may use your file server as test host/service. If using different server or service, you must remember to apply same set of network scope access rules for this feature to work properly.
